Both tools can clean phone numbers without uploading the contact file. The choice is the workflow you need: a focused phone-column review or a wider set of spreadsheet cleanup tools.

Its published free plan includes unlimited rows and 3 downloads per month.

When E164Flow fits
You want to check several phone fields, keep IDs and extensions, review the problem rows and create a controlled CRM import file.
The CRM columns shortcut selects IDs, E.164 fields and extensions. You can rename headers and set their order; it does not connect to your CRM.
Choose Sigmera when you want several kinds of CSV cleanup in one workspace, or its free download allowance covers your occasional phone-formatting task.
If a free tool already handles your file and review requirements, use it. Compare the exported result on a small sample before paying for a different workflow.
What E164Flow does not do
It does not enrich contacts, find new leads, verify reachability or ownership, merge records inside a CRM, or provide an API for unattended processing. Pro is limited to 20,000 rows per file.
Compare the source value, country, extensions and final headers in your own sample. Formatting a number does not prove that someone will answer it.
Sources and scope
The Sigmera column summarizes the vendor’s published documentation. It is not a hands-on benchmark, and an unmentioned feature should not be read as unavailable.
