This Privacy Policy explains how E164Flow processes information when you use the website and phone-number converter at e164flow.com and its related pages. E164Flow is the data controller for the account information it stores. Questions about privacy can be sent to privacy@e164flow.com. For general questions or support, contact info@e164flow.com.

1. Information we process

Phone numbers and contact files. Numbers pasted into the converter and files selected for conversion are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to or retained on E164Flow servers. The current list remains in page memory until you clear it, reload the page or close the browser tab. Exported files are saved only where you choose to save them.

Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we store your account identifier, name, email address, company and country, together with your chosen default country, preferred output format, plan status, consent choices and account creation date. We do not store your password; email authentication and verification are handled by our authentication provider.

Service and security information. Our hosting, authentication and security providers may process technical information such as request timestamps, browser and device information, approximate location and security logs. We use this information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

2. How we use information

We use account information to authenticate you, provide your workspace, save preferences, apply plan limits, provide support and protect the service. We use technical information for security, reliability, fraud prevention and diagnostics. We do not use phone numbers or contact files for advertising, profiling or training.

3. Plans and payments

You may use a limited converter without an account, create a free account for uploads, exports and saved defaults, or use E164Flow Pro for the complete workflow and larger files. We store the plan status needed to provide the features associated with your account.

When paid subscriptions are enabled, payments will be handled by a payment processor such as Stripe. E164Flow will receive subscription and transaction status, but does not store full payment-card numbers. The processor’s own privacy policy also applies.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share only the information needed with providers that help us operate the service, including hosting, authentication, database, security and payment providers. Our authentication provider processes your email sign-in, verification and password reset requests. Those providers may process information on our behalf under their own contractual and legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse of the service.

5. Cookies and local storage

E164Flow uses strictly necessary, HttpOnly session cookies for sign-in and may use local browser storage for interface preferences. We do not add third-party advertising cookies or marketing trackers.

6. Retention and deletion

Phone numbers and contact files processed in the converter are cleared when the browser page is cleared, reloaded or closed; E164Flow does not retain them on its servers. Account information is retained while your account is active and for as long as needed for security, legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. You may request account deletion by contacting privacy@e164flow.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. To make a request, email privacy@e164flow.com. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.

8. International processing and security

Our providers may process information in countries outside your home country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers. We use access controls, encrypted connections and service-provider security controls designed to protect account information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

E164Flow is intended for business and general-audience use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect. Material changes will be highlighted on the website where appropriate.
